CUSTOM PACKS

If our standard kits don't do the trick, send us your wishlist and we'll do our best to fulfill your needs. The process may require some back-and-forth, but our goal is to come up with a kit or kits that suit your group's specific requirements.

SARpack™ will put together customized packs for Search & Rescue teams, outfitters, outdoor clubs, camp groups and more, then design a unique page on our website just for your group. Individual members can then access the page to place their orders (or you can order as a unit) as often--or as infrequently--as they'd like. Custom kits may be ordered one at a time or in multiples.

Once we receive your group's initial gear list, we'll do our homework and send your representative a quote. Be as specific as you'd like as to brands and models. If we can accomodate, we surely will. If, however, we don't have access to exactly what you're looking for, we'll propose alternatives and see if we can figure something out.

SARpack™ is happy to offer purchase options to your group members, as we do with our standard kits, including the choice to opt out of the backpack and other items, with adjusted pricing.

Please be aware that we will not place orders for custom pack gear until payment has been received, so it could take up to several weeks to receive your kits. This is due to the fact that we will likely need to special-order items from our suppliers. But we'll do our best to expedite the process and get your orders to you sooner than later.

If you'd like to make future changes to your group's custom kits, we will accomodate those changes to the best of our ability at no additional charge.

Please make note: All sales of custom kits are final, so be sure to visit a local outfitter to check out anything you're not familiar with before placing an order. If, however, your custom pack does include one of our standard backpacks or GPS units from the SARpack™ or PREpack™ kits, we will accept returns of those items as outlined in our standard return policies.

Overnight packs and gear, such as tents, sleeping bags and pads, are available from a limited number of manufacturers upon request.

At this time, SARpack™ does not offer clothing.

**Individual customers interested in a custom-built pack, please contact us with your requests. The above terms will apply to your orders as well, with the exception that you will receive an invoice by e-mail to place the final order rather than order through a unique page on our website.

The worst that can happen is we'll say, "Sorry, no can do."
